This policy sets forth guidelines for advertising and promoting Simply Amish furniture products.

Please note that this MAP policy is not intended to be a legally binding agreement or to establish resale pricing. Simply Amish reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time at its sole discretion.
By adhering to this MAP policy, Simply Amish aims to ensure fair competition among authorized retailers, maintain consistent pricing, and protect the reputation and value of our brand. We appreciate the cooperation and commitment of our authorized retailers in upholding the principles of this policy.

At Simply Amish, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional quality furniture that reflects our unwavering dedication to craftsmanship and timeless design. To protect the integrity of our brand and ensure a fair marketplace for our valued customers and authorized retailers, we have implemented a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. This policy sets forth guidelines for advertising and promoting Simply Amish furniture products.
Policy Guidelines:
- Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): The Minimum Advertised Price for Simply Amish furniture products shall not be advertised or displayed at a price lower than 36% off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
- Advertising Platforms Covered: This MAP policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to print media, websites, social media platforms, online marketplaces, search engine marketing, email marketing, television, radio, and any other public channels where Simply Amish furniture products are advertised or promoted.
- In-Store Pricing: This MAP policy does not apply to in-store pricing and does not restrict the final selling price that retailers may establish.
- Advertising Statements: Authorized retailers must not include any language or statements that imply or suggest prices below the MAP in their online advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to, phrases such as "lowest price guaranteed," "rock-bottom prices," or any other language that undermines the MAP policy.
- Discounts and Promotions: Authorized retailers are encouraged to offer discounts and promotions to customers, as long as the final advertised price complies with the MAP policy. Any advertised discounts or promotions should be clearly stated, ensuring transparency and compliance with the MAP guidelines.
- Price Matching: Authorized retailers are not permitted to advertise or promote Simply Amish furniture products at prices below the MAP in an attempt to match or beat the prices of competitors.
- Violations and Consequences: Failure to comply with the MAP policy may result in various consequences, including, but not limited to, temporary suspension of authorized retailer status, reduced support and incentives, or termination of the business relationship with Simply Amish.
